What is the refund policy?

We do not offer refunds. All payments are final. You can evaluate the platform during the 3-day free trial before committing to a paid plan.

Can I import my existing fabric catalog?

Yes! We provide CSV import templates. You can bulk upload fabrics with all specifications (GSM, width, category, color, price, MOQ, images). Our team can assist with migration.

How does the stock status calculation work?

You set your own thresholds. Default: ≥200 meters = Available, 1-199 = Low Stock, 0 = Out of Stock. You can customize these per fabric type or globally.

Can buyers place orders directly?

Current version supports inquiry/lead capture. Buyers submit requirements, your team follows up. Full order management with payments is on our roadmap for Q2 2025.

Is my data secure and private?

Absolutely. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each tenant's data is completely isolated. We're SOC 2 compliant and host on AWS Mumbai region for data residency.

What support channels are available?

Starter: Email support (24hr response). Growth: Priority email + WhatsApp (4hr response). Enterprise: Dedicated account manager, phone, WhatsApp, email (1hr response).

Can I customize the catalog with my branding?

Yes! You can add your firm name, logo, and contact details on your public catalog page — all plans include this. Growth & Enterprise plans also unlock an advanced analytics dashboard and Exhibition Mode for trade shows.
